The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services to Hold Two Public Meetings on Zoning Regulations for Medical and Adult-Use Marijuana

The Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) of the City of Tucson will be holding two virtual public meetings next week to discuss zoning regulations and permanent changes that will need to occur regarding adult-use marijuana and the passage of Prop 207.  These virtual meetings are open to the public and will occur on the following days/times:

Monday, January 11th:  12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Tuesday, January 12th:  5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Time has been allotted to allow meeting participants to share feedback and provide suggestions.  This is your chance to have your voice heard relative to zoning regulations and legalization.  Already, the towns of Sahuarita, Oro Valley and Marana have enacted restrictive regulations regarding Prop 207.  Let’s not have that happen in the City of Tucson!

You must sign up in advance to participate in these meetings.  There is a link to sign up on this page with more information on the meetings.

We’ll be attending these meetings and hope that you can join us virtually!
