City of Tucson Planning Commission To Review Medical and Adult-Use Marijuana Regulations

The City of Tucson’s Planning and Development Services held two virtual public meetings on January 11th and 12th to discuss proposed amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) with respect to medical and adult-use marijuana.  These meetings were prompted by the recent passage of Prop 207 in November of 2020.  You can access the presentations in those meetings as well as the summaries of each meeting using the following link:

The City of Tucson Planning Commission will now hold two virtual public meetings regarding regulation updates relative to medical and adult-use marijuana.  Those meeting will occur during the following dates and times:

Study Session:  Wednesday, March 10th at or after 6:00 PM

Public Hearing:  Wednesday, March 17th at or after 6:00 PM
