Southern Arizona NORML’s Weekend

Southern Arizona NORML

Southern Arizona NORML spent the weekend of December 14th and 15th cleaning our adopted highway and collecting signatures to legalize cannabis at the Rillito Farmers Market.

We also had volunteers canvassing the Fourth Avenue Street Fair to collect signatures.  Our desire to give back to the community served as the impetus for us to adopt a highway.  Our highway is Campbell Avenue between the Rillito River and Fort Lowell.  We clean the highway on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM.  We were also very excited to have a table at the Rillito Farmers Market to promote our organization and collect signatures for the Smart and Safe Arizona Act.  We’ll be back at the Rillito Farmers Market next Sunday, December 22nd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  As we are fond of saying:  Together…we legalize!!!
We’d love to have you join us at one of our upcoming events!  Just send us an email and we’ll put you on our volunteer list!
